Do you need to hear the bagpipes on Saint Patirck's Day? Better yet, a full pipe and drum band? Then join us at the 17th Annual Emerald Isle Saint Patrick's Day Festival. The festival is held at the Emerald Plantation Shopping Center (8700 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC) and will begin at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm. Admission and parking are for the festival.Generally, we'll start tuning our pipes around nine in the morning and march as soon as everything is right.
